I’ve been a therapist since 2010 and specialize in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFT), a research-backed approach proven to help couples repair and strengthen their bond. For most of my career, I practiced in Arizona before relocating to Oregon. I’ve been described as a therapist with a calming demeanor who can guide difficult conversations without judgment. I strive to bring clarity and compassion to all my clients.

Before becoming a therapist, I spent a decade working as an engineer. That experience taught me the value of structure, clarity, and curiosity. I bring these values into my work with clients, using compassionate curiosity to help organize what feels like chaos.

I hold a master’s degree in counseling from Ottawa University and am a licensed professional counselor (LPC) in Oregon and Arizona.
